Construction Certificate

We received our construction certificate from our private certifier today! I guess that means we have the green light to start the building works. We are still waiting for Metricon to provide the final construction drawings. How much longer do they need to complete this task? Will there be errors in these drawings that would need correction? Argh! so close to start building yet we don't know when it will finally start!
