Metricon did not wait long after receiving our developer approval. Today we received the email announcing our plans have been lodged with the council. The estimated time for this phase is 6 to 8 weeks.
We have our internal selections and electrical appointments in two weeks. The colours and tiling are pretty much sorted out but we haven't prepared much for the electrical yet. Some homework is to be done!
